General Responsibilities
Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and technically inclined individuals to join our team as Technical Support Interns. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting with POS and terminal preparations, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to ad-hoc projects.
Assist in POS and Terminal Preparations:
Review merchant requests for hardware and software, and execute staging, testing, and deployment processes.
Conduct training sessions for merchants and relevant personnel when necessary.
Collaborate with the team to ensure successful POS and terminal preparations.
Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve technical issues when arise, and inform relevant personnel (customers, merchants, Sales department) via emails/phone calls
Assist with program downloading and transaction-related troubleshooting.
Work on resolving assigned tickets promptly and efficiently.
Ad-hoc Projects:
Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Monitor batches and equipment returns, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

시급 17 USD
$10/ day for transportation Support
