•
Deliver professional customer service through both online and in-person channels
•
Provide guidance on travel products and website usage, including reservations, payments, cancellations, and exchanges
•
Manage product bookings, including ticket procurement, issuance, and related processes
•
Perform general administrative tasks, such as processing payments and preparing invoices
•
Coordinate communications with partner companies
•
Enhance the customer experience by handling complaints, resolving issues, and implementing improvements
