담당업무
Responsibilities:
•
Develop and implement strategies for efficient material handling, storage, and transportation.
•
Monitor inventory levels and establish control measures to reduce waste and costs.
•
Oversee the KD assembly line, ensuring on-time assembly and delivery of auto parts to support production schedules.
•
Drive process improvements to enhance KD efficiency and reduce assembly time.
•
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize KD processes.
•
Identify and implement cost-effective material sourcing strategies without compromising quality.
•
Partner with procurement to build and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers.
•
Analyze production capacity and demand to identify bottlenecks and constraints.
•
Develop strategies to optimize resources and ensure customer demand is met.
•
Create annual, monthly, and daily production plans aligned with demand forecasts and orders.
•
Lead ERP system setup during the foundational stage of the business.
•
Record and track daily production performance within the ERP system.
•
Facilitate manufacturing order closures and maintain accurate production records.
•
Collaborate daily with teams to align production plans with target goals.
•
Manage product warehousing, ensuring proper storage, inventory accuracy, and control.
•
Register production data in accordance with the Production Operation Plan (POP).
•
Track equipment downtime and implement strategies to minimize disruptions.
•
Coordinate maintenance activities to reduce production impact.
•
Prepare shipping instructions and oversee timely delivery processes.
•
Monitor daily inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and report findings.
지원자격
•
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
•
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
•
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
•
Proficiency in ERP systems for materials and production management.
•
Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
