Position Overview
The Freight Forwarding Intern will work closely with the Freight Forwarding Team to support import and export logistics operations, as well as export customer fulfillment activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to the freight forwarding industry through collaboration with internal teams (including management), external vendors, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Process and manage import and export shipments, including booking with airlines and/or steamship lines and arranging deliveries
•
Maintain accurate daily shipment records, including tracking and tracing of cargo
•
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and external vendors
•
Expedite shipment clearance and delivery to meet and exceed customer expectations
•
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
•
Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers
•
Perform additional duties as assigned

•
대학교 3학년 이상의 재학생 또는 기졸업이신 분
•
물류 및 무역 업무에 관심이 있으신 분
•
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in a related field.
•
Bilingual – fluent in English and Korean is required.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint).
•
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•
Strong communication skills with both internal and external parties.
급여
•
$19/Hour (연봉 $39,520 수준)
•
주 40시간 근무 기준이며, Overtime 근무 시 시급당 1.5배 지급
