담당업무
•
Process customer orders, plan & optimize shipments into loads, tender freight to third-party carriers.
•
Update Transportation Management System with current shipment information.
•
Provide detailed instruction to various customers & associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail.
•
Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking, process oversight,
auditing, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions.
•
Complete daily logs and trackers.
•
Schedule and send orders/requests to multiple carriers for outbound shipments
distribution centers/customers.
•
Ensure all pickup and delivery appointments are made between receiver and Customer Company's order lists and track orders to ensure on-time delivery (TMS) to receiver.
•
Excellent and prompt communication skills with customers to solve any delivery issues.
•
Prepare various reports on a daily basis.
•
Other projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

•
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management preferred
•
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time sensitive situations in a fast paced environment
•
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
•
Excellent bilingual communication and interpersonal skills both in Korean and English required
