In June 2015, LIG Insurance Company Ltd. was acquired by the KB Financial Group Inc. and the company changed its name to KB Insurance Company Ltd. “LIS” remains the management company and the new name for the US operations is Kookmin Best Insurance Co. Ltd. US Branch or KBIC. •
Completes data entry function with initial file set ups.
•
Assists in ensuring timely indemnity and expense payments.
•
Interacts with insured and agents to obtain loss information as well as respond to customer inquiries.
•
Maintains various claims processing and procedure records.
•
Analyze claims database and prepare claims-related weekly and monthly reports for management.
•
Oversee and distribute incoming mail.
•
Maintains effective and ongoing communication within the office and with outside parties.
•
Provides administrative support within the department.
지원자격
•
Bachelor’s degree (in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not required).
•
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
•
Detail oriented, analytical, and able to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work in a fast paced environment.
•
Able to make initiative and display great teamwork skills.
