•
Prepare and conduct temp new hire orientation.
•
Record the attendance for Pantos’ employees & Temp associates and issue the attendance disciplinary per direction.
•
Check missing punches, send reminders and correct/adjust in the system.
•
Create Daily Hours Report
•
Record the daily headcount in the HC report.
•
Temp Agencies’ weekly time cards verification.
•
Temp Agencies’ Invoice tracker.
•
Take photos and make badges.
•
Other duties as assigned.
지원자격
•
Bachelor’s degree
•
Work or study in the U.S experience preferred but not required.
•
MS Office Suite- Word, Excel & Power Point.
•
Ability to communicate logically and accurately, both orally and in writing.
•
Ability to work independently and complete assignments under general instructions.
•
Ability to work with co-workers, supervisor, and others.
급여
•
시급 17 USD (연봉 4,500 만원 수준)
